Hello Independent Balanced Woman,
I know it’s been weeks since my last post, and I’m sorry for that. I’ve been dealing with some health issues. Hopefully, my doctors have it all under control now. What has everyone been up too? And how was your Memorial Day? I hope everyone is enjoying the beginning of summer. I have a lot to catch up on in my yards and house. So, with that being said I’m going to go back to my ” I can and I will” Mondays.
This weeks I can and I will for me is to get my office re-organized. There are stacks of mail, magazines and who knows what stacked on my desk and on other things. So that’s my number one for the week. Number 2 would have to be to re-do my meal plans for summer. I’m going to have my almost 14 year old son help me with this. He loves to cook and being a teenage boy that plays football he loves to eat, a lot! lol I’m going to create a meal plan with him where he cooks at least twice a week during the summer months. As for number 3…. I need to sit down and plan my weekly blogs for June. I’m really behind of that since my health issues started. But NOW is the time for me to get refocused and stick to a schedule and plan as much as possible.
